Cost & payment
How much does a website cost?
New websites start at $1,800 and website refreshes start at $900. And right now, I'm offering 5 local businesses a brand-new website for just $600 to celebrate my studio launch!
Are there any monthly fees after launch?
Just the basics! Your website platform charges a small monthly hosting fee, and your domain renews once a year. Both are billed to you directly, so there are no surprise markups. Care Plans are totally optional and start at $95/month.
How does payment work?
Easy! 50% gets us started, and the other 50% is due right before your site goes live. Projects over $2,000 can be split into 3 payments.
What's included in the $600 launch offer?
So much! You get up to 3 pages, unlimited design revisions, and 3 months of free website care. It's discounted because I'm launching my studio, and all I ask in return is a short testimonial and permission to feature your beautiful new site in my portfolio.
Process & timeline
How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are ready in 3 to 4 weeks, and refreshes in just 2 to 3 weeks! The countdown starts as soon as I have your deposit and your content.
What do I need to provide?
Just the good stuff: your logo, photos, a little about your business, your menu or services, hours, and contact info. I'll send you a simple checklist so nothing gets missed.
What if I don't have a logo or professional photos?
No worries at all! I'll work with what you have, help polish your text, and share easy photo ideas so your site still looks amazing.
How many changes can I make to the design?
As many as you need. Revisions are unlimited until you love your design, as long as they stay within the pages and features we agreed on. Just keep in mind that after 3 rounds of revisions, each additional round may add a little extra time to your launch date.
Ownership & updates
Will I own my website?
Yes! Once your project is paid in full, the website is yours!
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, and it's easier than you think! I'll send you a short walkthrough video showing how to update your text, photos, menu, and hours in minutes.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
I've got you covered! I'll fix any bugs for free for 30 days after launch. After that, I'm still just a message away through a Care Plan or at an hourly rate.
What's a Care Plan, and do I need one?
Think of it as your website's personal assistant! I'll handle monthly updates like menus, hours, photos, and promos so you can focus on running your business. It's completely optional.
Is this a good fit for me?
I'm not great with technology. Can you still help me?
